1. Complete Online Registration

2. Complete payment via PayPal OR mail a check made out to PFSTPO:

3. Write a check payable to Polofields Swim Team Parent Organization or PFSTPO for volunteer fee of $100 Click here for information about this fee (not required if swimmers are signing up for Pee-Wee Swim Lessons Only). This check must be turned in before your swimmers can practice or participate in a meet. We will not cash this check unless you 1) tell us you do not wish to volunteer OR 2) at the end of the season you have not fullfulled your volunteer spots.

4. Consider Parent Sponsorship to have your swimmers name on the team banner! You can include this payment in your PayPal total OR print the form and mail in with your volunteer check.
5. Purchase your team suits. Team suits are avalaible at Swimville in Middletown. Be sure to mention Polo Fields Piranhas swim team to make sure you get the correct suit. (not required if swimmers are signing up for Pee-Wee Swim Lessons Only)
6. Practice dates are listed under important dates on home page under Important Dates.
